Blue Flame’s team all have an extensive dance background, and are trained professionals.  They all still perform on a regular basis, and continue to develop their skills by continuously learning and competing.  They are former students who know exactly what a passionate and hard-working artist needs from an institution, and are equally knowledgeable in traditional and modern trends.  We also stay connected with the local community to make sure our students have multiple opportunities to perform and compete. 
 
Blue Flame’s management is particularly concerned with quality.  We maintain a strong emphasis on punctuality, strict adherence to the policies and procedures, and professionalism.  We have an open door policy to encourage all parents and students to stay in contact with us and tell us how we can continuously improve.
We are committed to making sure our students have access to multiple resources to ensure their success, in the form of progress reports, instructor contact information, and private lessons if needed.
Seasoned students also have the option to become a part of the Blue Flame team as instructors, and can also pursue other positions within the company to gain experience in other facets of performing arts and entertainment.
